No choice, hands down is Hunting Island State Park outside of Beaufort, SC. It is directly on the beach, $23/night and absolutely beautiful/wonderful. About 3 miles of beach, the only thing on the island is the state park.

Myrtle Beach State Park is on the ocean. It is also close to town if you need the "touristy" things. If you need a more secluded park, Huntington Beach State Park a few miles south should do.

If you feel real adventurous, go for the Gold Medal of east coast rv vacations and stay at Ocean Lakes RV Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
